Hi, I’m Belah Rose. If you felt like I did, it’s miserable. I felt humiliated, uncomfortable and so sad. I waited so long for sex and found out it was just awful for me. I moved from that to deciding it was just for him, so I became resentful.

It took years, a failed marriage, horrible pain (physical & emotional), brokenness, sin, a lot of research, study, internal processing, prayer, counseling, and coursework for me to come to DELIGHT in my sexuality and holy physical union with my husband.

God has brought me to a place where I want to help those who were in my shoes. I authored a book and now speak to women around the world on the joys of intimacy.
