You can move from pain & numbness during intimacy to pleasure and empowerment by learning your own anatomy of arousal, activating self-touch, practicing sensual embodiment and doing some powerful emotional release.

Are you finding it hard to receive pleasure in the bedroom? Many of us struggle with staying present during love making and connected to our bodies, and also to our partner. These are all things that we can shift with the right practices.

Often we fall into the same trap of thinking, “Is something wrong with me?” This used to be me. I would never know what actually turns me on and how I wanted to be touched. I wouldn’t feel internal sensation and sometimes even pain. It used to be hard to stay connected to my body and to my feminine sensuality.

After discovering Tantra & Taoist practices and learning about female sexuality I can confidently say, there is nothing wrong with us, sisters! Pleasure is your birthright!

I want you to know that in my search for orgasms, I reclaimed parts of me that had been suppressed and hidden. I found aliveness, anger, sensuality, confidence, tears, laughter and most importantly my authentic pleasure.

No if’s, no but’s – you deserve pleasure!

And here is the good news: It’s possible for every woman to feel ecstatic and blissful during intimacy. I know, you’re probably asking yourself, “how do I get there?”.

I have walked this path of sexual empowerment and healing myself, I have completed two teacher trainings because I believe this work is so important, and I’m sharing all the practices and knowledge with you that has helped me and my clients the most. Every day I witness another woman discover the pleasure she didn’t know was possible, and I am offering my work as a group coaching for the first time, to make it even more accessible to even more women.

• Pleasure & Confidence: You are the expert of your own pleasure! Learn your own anatomy and how to turn on all the yummy places inside and outside of your temple. Feeling your body’s yes & no clearly creates deep trust in yourself, sexual confidence and empowerment in the bedroom.
• Emotional Resilience: Imagine…feeling grounded and present when you experience intense emotions or intense pleasure in your body. With emotional release tools and tantric practices you will learn to expand your capacity for both: the challenges and the juicy bliss in your life.
• Ancient Practices: I will share with you a Taoist practice to cultivate sexual energy. This practice connects your heart with your sex, which opens your heart and yoni to meaningful lovemaking and more orgasmic pleasure.
• Sensual Embodiment: Through embodiment we can create safety in our nervous system and expand the ability to receive pleasure. This way, we gently heal from past experiences and release unconscious patterns. When pleasure becomes the focus of our awareness we can cultivate the perfect union of energy and consciousness leading us to bliss. Embodiment becomes easy and natural because pleasure makes us want to be in the body.

Classes on this Training

This will be a confidential and held space to explore your pleasure blocks. Laura works artfully with individuals to clear blocks, and the process helps shift blockages in all who are present in the field. As well as the live coaching, Laura offers a series of classes for you to watch in your won time each week.

The classes are as follows:

Embodiment, Emotions & Pleasure: Find out how your capacity to feel emotions is directly linked to your capacity to feel pleasure.
Pleasure and (emotional) pain are inherently connected. When we want to feel more pleasure, we need to cultivate our capacity to FEEL. Feeling everything – our own emotions and all the subtle and intense sensations in our bodies that come with them. Through embodiment we can create safety in our nervous system and expand the ability to receive pleasure. This way, we gently heal from past experiences and release unconscious patterns.

Why do so many women feel numbness & pain during intimacy? Find out why numbness and pain are so common for women.
A lot of women experience pain and numbness because penetration happens before the body is open to receive. Often there is a lack of education and knowledge around women’s pleasure anatomy and the female arousal. A lack of boundaries and traumatic experiences can also lead to pain & numbness.

Female Pleasure Anatomy Lesson: Learn about the female anatomy of pleasure: women actually have as much erectile tissue as men.
Become an expert in female pleasure anatomy and learn how to open up to more sensations. The Mirror Exercise is a beautiful exploration of your yoni. With loving curiosity you can learn about the transformation of your sacred temple during arousal. This practice is empowering you to know how you look & feel like when you are ready for penetration.

Why practise Pleasure Meditation? Pleasure Meditation is a great way to bring mindfulness to the bedroom.

About Laura Walter

Laura Walter is a feminine embodiment & tantric intimacy coach. She empowers women who feel pain and numbness during sex to learn sensual embodiment, emotional release tools and self-yoni massage so that they have more pleasure in their lives and the deep intimacy they long for.

Laura Walter trained with Shashi Solluna and Minke De Vos as a Tantric Facilitator and Qi-Gong Instructor specialising in Sacred Femininity. Her lineage is in the tradition of Osho, Margot Anand, Ma Anand Sarita (Neo-Tantra) and Mantak Chia (Universal Healing Tao).

Combined with years of studying Somatic Experiencing she offers a colourful mix of spiritual and psychological tools for personal liberation and an orgasmic life.

Being called by the unique fusion of shamanism, tantra, Biodanza and integral theory she joined the faculty of the Awaken As Love Mystery School in 2022.

Her mission is to empower people to increase pleasure in their lives and to grow emotional resilience, so that we all can relate from a place of authenticity, joy and love.
